AristaCare’s unique approach to wound care focuses heavily on constant risk assessment and prevention, as well as aggressive treatment with a wide range of proven modalities. Our Center-wide wound care teams consist of a vascular surgeon, certified wound nurses, advance practice nurses, and a dedicated regional wound nurse who directs the program, gathers statistics, and monitors outcomes. Weekly rounds are done by the entire team which consults on each wound patient. Our philosophy is more direct care staff always results in higher care.

Wound care needs a lot of concentrated efforts and AristaCare’s high staffing ratio allows us to provide more care and attention to turning and positioning, incontinence care, hydration, and better nutrition – all of which are crucial factors in wound care healing and prevention.

Our treatment modalities include ultrasound, e-stim and wound vac. We also utilize dynamic pressure relief mattresses based on individual need.
